Drip IV is joining one of the country's largest BBQ & music festivals, all in the name of one amazing cause.
Hogs for the Cause has become the premier, nationwide source of funding for families with children fighting pediatric brain cancer and has been voted Best Local Charity Event in New Orleans.
Hogs for the Cause works with both local and national children’s hospitals, including Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, Ochsner Hospital for Children, Duke Children’s Hospital, Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Children’s Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, and Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.
Festival season is here and what better way to kick it off than with great music, barbecue and community! Hogs for the Cause is welcoming 85 local and regional BBQ masters and the best backyard chefs (view food) to compete in seven categories: Whole Hog, Ribs, Pork Butt/Shoulder, Porkpourri, Sauce, Fan Favorite, and Fundraising Champion.
Hogs for the Cause barbecue festival is a two-day event full of music (view lineup), local beer, and fundraising. They are hosting both local and national musicians all weekend long.

The festival is happening at UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, La on Friday, April 1st at 3:30pm and Saturday, April 2nd at 11am. Hogs for the Cause is offering general admission, boss hog VIP and goin' super ham VIP tickets for sale.
Capacity will be limited in 2022 and is expected to sellout and as always, kids 10 and under get in free!
